How to enable a site?

Summary:

I created a demo site in OCC instance and want to enable it.

Content (required):

I went through the Commerce Cloud Implementer videos and found that UpdateSite endpoint is used to enable the site. But couldn't find that endpoint in Commerce Dashboard although I am an Admin user. Kindly assist.
