Unable to access Management Report in derived Navigation Flow via User (Role) Login

Hi,

I am working on a planning project where we are supposed to have two navigation flows (NF) one for Power users and one for users. We are deriving the Navigation Flow from Power Users to Users. I had attached the management report from EPRCS to the Power User NF and I derived all the artifacts from Power User NF to User NF using Existing Card Button. Now I am unable to view the management report through user login. I did check the security in EPRCS and PBCS as well, it was appropriate. And the Power user can access that MR report on both instances, but the User can only access the report in Narrative Reporting instance and not in PBCS NF.
