Ability to track Planned units and sold Units on a project

Hi Team ,

Is there any ability to store information about units like Planned Units ,Actual units and Remaining units .

Say in PPM, for ABC BU there is a construction unit having Flats, cellars, and garages are constructed and sold to customer , Business is expecting to store and have information about number of units that are in the offer(i.e. total no of flats, cellars planned to construct on the project)) on particular project and how many of them are already sold and how many of them are not yet sold.
