View pending approval assignees for pending registration requests

Summary:

We are using the supplier registration workflow approval functionality. We need to create a report that identifies who the approval is pending with when the registration request itself is in pending status. I can see what is pending in the Supplier Registration OTBI subject area but there doesn't seem to be information on who the approvals is pending with.

Has anyone created such a report and if so, have you been able to do this in OTBI or BI, linking to the WF tables to get that information?
