on-going resignations report - reporting on approvals

Hello,

could somebody please tell me how to extract this information from Fusion HCM, either as an OTBI or a BIP report?

The business requirements:

- we are using the journeys in self-service to allow people to resign.

- any employee can trigger a resignation, which will have to be approved by 1) HR, 2) the line manager and then 3) HR again, in this sequence.

- we'd like to have a report that shows which resignations are on-going, and the step they are at (just submitted, which one of the approvals, or fully approved). The report should also display who approved each step, and when.
