Error on sign in to cloud console

Summary:

Today cloud console asked me for change my password.

I changed it.

But after that i can't sign in to the cloud platform.

After redirect to the https://auth.eu-zurich-1.oraclecloud.com/ it returns me strange page with such content:

I tried to change password, but it's not helped for me. Why this happened? Zurich cluster doesn't see changes on my account settings? Please help.
