Content (required):

There's an integration built between OCWMS and Oracle Fusion. OIC is the tool used to integrate different documents and transactions between both systems. OIC listen to "Generate Shipment Request" once a sales order is being created in Fusion. In "Manage Shipment Lines" UI screen the sales order lines status become "Interfaced" once the previously mentioned scheduled job run. We discovered that we are not able to cancel a sales order that has been integrated to OCWMS as long as it's lines status is "Interfaced".
