Table Name and Column name required error while writing a CASE Function in OTBI Analysis

Requirement is to populate the data in a EFF attribute column based on the other column in OTBI analysis. Trying to get condition establish using CASE function.

When below CASE function is used, it gives an Error as "Invalid Alias Format : Table_name.Column_name required."

Does CASE function support such conditions when value of the column to be populated based on the other colum ?
