Finding the Database Column of the Justification field in Noncatalog request

Hi there

how can I get the database column name of the "Justification" field in Noncatalog request?

Is there a way to spot these easily?

I have the file "Rel13_21D_HCM_OTBI_Database_Mapping_with_ViewObjects" but its hard to find it.

I get data from the "WLF_LEARNING_ITEMS_F_VL" about the noncatalog requests, but the Justification is not there.
