Adding a non worker to hiring team in Oracle recruiting cloud

Summary:

We have a requirement where the Back ground vendor needs to have access to the requisition (not part of the BGV integrator).

In ORC , the person to be part of the Hiring team - has be either CWR or Employee.

Our client does not want to create the CWR or Employee profile for the BGV vendor.

The Agent login does not allow the agent to update the requisition

The As is process in Taleo :

The candidate is moved to a requisition which is specific to BGV requisition only. When candidate is ready for BGV, the recruiter moves candidate to BGV specific requisition. The BGV agent have access to only this BGV requisition, once BGV is done , the BGV vendor update the CSW of the candidate and notify the recruiter.
