Content (required): Can anyone share the workarounds done for HR HD interactions by Applicants, Pending workers and Contingent workers [ Other than Employees].

E.g. If Inbound emails are enabled and applicant has to raise the HR HD service request from personal email and replies on the tickets by Agent needs to be sent back to their personal emails.

E.g. If existing contractor in the organization has to raise the HR HD Ticket.
