Reporting Currency Translation not working for custom currencies

In our application we have created 4 custom currencies (e.g. EUR2, GBP2, CAD2, MXN2) each of which were created as Reporting Currencies at creation. When we run a Translate Rule on a hierarchy, the reporting currency (e.g. GBP2) is not populating for the level 0 entities, but is populating for the Parent entity. We need this translation to occur at all levels.

Translate Rule Settings:

Reporting Currency: GBP2_Reporting

Entities: Lvl0Descendants("Parent Entity")
