How to update the Department Set field

Hi,

because of a recent reorganization of our company, a current Business Unit will be replaced by two new ones. Therefore our aim is to update the Departments which are currently associated with the old Business Unit, to one of the two new ones. However when I try to update the Department, the information related to the Business unit, namely the Department Set field, cannot be edited (see the screenshot 'Department_Set.png').

Hoping someone has some suggestions.
