Project Budget Conversion - Error - you can't baseline the budget because there is no active PM

Hello Experts,

Would like to know you views on how we can handle this scenario where Projects are uploaded using FBDI successfully having a PM whose Hire date, Assignment date is after the start date of the Project.

Now while uploading Budgets, It errors out - You can't baseline the budget because there is no active Project Manager for the Project. Assign a Project Manager and try again.

The ask is to have a PM for the full duration of the Project to baseline the budget as part of the conversion upload.

How can we handle this ?

We even tried uploading 2 Project Managers in Project Team member tab where 1 default PM (dummy) having assignment and hire date before the Project Start date and another PM (actual) with actual hire date post the start date of the Project.
