One report containing all assignment, elements and work schedule assignment changes

The organisation requires a combined report containing history of all assignment record, element entries and work schedule assignment changes.

The organisation requires a combined report showing all history for workers' assignment record, element entries and work schedule assignment. Where a change took place only in one area, for example if the work schedule changed on 01/01/2021 but there were no changes to the assignment record or element entries, how would we include that data in the report? The organisation needs to include the as of data for assignment and element entries on the same row as that work schedule change. I have attached a sample output of what we want to achieve along with some additional comments. How can
