FCCS_REC OBFXCTA is displaying incorrect signage

Summary:

We have come across an issue in FCCS_REC OBFXCTA account , Oracle has confirmed it as a bug.

Issue : - Seeded account FCCS_REC OBFXCTA is displaying incorrect signage for data in Parent Currency.(attached screenshot for reference - data in red colour expected behavour is positive number but system displays negative number)

As a work around untill Oracle fixes this issue, we would like to create a new account (****) as silbling to FCCS_REC OBFXCTA and write a rule to reverse double amount to show net positive number in account balance (****) .

Please may I know if its possible to write a rule to impact just Parent currency data ?
