Loading for Questionnaires through HDL

Summary:

I am trying to load HDL for Questionaries' . My issue is that we I am selecting ResponseTypeName as Radio Button List for the Question Type as 1CHOICE , it is erroring with "The value of the attribute ResponseTypeId isn't valid" .
