How to add a new top holding in the legal structure

I want to add a new topholding in the legal structure starting March 2022. How to do that to also keep periods before that unchanged?

Current simplified entity structure (in bold consolidation entities, everything 100%):

Legal

HB (TopHoldingOld)

HCC (Consolidation Holding C and subs)

Holding C

Sub1C

Sub2C

HDC (Consolidation Holding D and subs)


Proposed new entity structure:

Legal

HA (Top Holding New)

HBC (new consolidation entity)

HB (Top Holding Old)

HCC (Consolidation Holding C and subs)

Holding C

Sub1C

Sub2C

HDC (Consolidation Holding D and subs)

Starting March 2022 I would give the new entity HA the method Holding and HBC the method Subsidiary.
