Issue with metadata validation errors in 22.03.59 patch

Summary: When testing the most recent patch we are getting validation errors on the movement dimension

The errors are regarding solve orders. As this metadata hasn't changed from our live system, I'm assuming this is the result of a change in the patch to the validation process. We also get warnings on another dimension's sort order. Is anyone else having the same issue? Correcting the issues leaves warnings regarding the same movement members.
