Employee unable to enter timesheets before system creation date
Employees are unable to enter timesheets (and expenses) for any date before their creation date in the system, even though their hire date may be up to 10 days before creation date
Eg: Employee starts on 01/01/22 and is only created in HCM on 10/01/22 they are unable to record time or expenses for the period 01/01-09/01.
When this is attempted the employee receives the Responsive UI layout error:
All layouts have been copied and set-up correctly in the system and we are told this is due to an issue with the creation date.
