Need to mass update pricing in cloud where orders are ready for shipment

Summary:

Here users are importing prices from commerce (cx) to ERP cloud. from APR 1st they are increasing the price by 5%. Now users wants to know how to update prices which are ready to ship

Here are my queries

1.user tried to Reprice option where system not allowed to reprice the order. However manually he cant update 1000 of orders using this option

2. what order status user can update the pricing like (draft,Awaiting shipping,picked)

3.How to perform bulk update for pricing which are ready to ship where pricing coming from commerce (cx) to ERP cloud.
