Not able to view Requisition created via OSP WO

I have created an OSP work order. In SCO, I can see that the Purchase Requisition has been created successfully and I can also see the PR number, but I cannot find it in the Purchase Requisition dashboard.

Also, PO is not automatically getting generated for the Purchase requisition. I could not find any error in SCO for the same WO.

Can someone please explain what am I missing over here and why cant I view the PR?
