After Global Transfer balance is not accruing correctly for an employee

Hi Team,

When an employee enrolled in Floating Holiday plans, goes through a Global Transfer, after the transfer, the employee starts accruing for the full year all over again, which is incorrect.

The employee should only carry forward unused vacation and not accrue again.


Could you please help us with this?

Share your experiences/workarounds if anybody experienced this scenario earlier?

What needs to be done to get the correct accrual balance?
