Hi,


We are facing an issue to unlock Dec21:

Data is consolidated until February 2022 and is locked until January 2022.

However, the customer needs to create a new journal in December 2021.

For that, we unlocked Jan22 successfully. When we try to unlock Dec21, we get the following error: "Failed: Entity or its descendants locked in future period". But, in the Data Status form and in Approvals menu, in Jan22 all the entities are unlocked.


We are working in DEV environment.


As we have more environments, we copied a backup for other environment, which has the March update and for a production environment (no March update). It was possible to replicate the issue in environment with the March update. But it wasn't possible to replicate the issue in production environment, i.e, we was able to unlock Dec21.
