Unable to do Miscellaneous Issue to a Project & Task from Common Pool

Summary:

Hi Guys,

I am trying to issue inventory directly to a Project & Task using Miscellaneous Transaction, however the Moment I select the Project & Task the available balance becomes zero.

What am I missing?

If I do a Project Transfer and then try the above system will let me perform Miscellaneous Transaction.
