Interview Feedback OTBI report - questions not associated to questionnaire name

Summary:

I am creating a simple OTBI report where I need to collect interview feedback responses for 1 type of interview feedback questionnaire.

Content (required):

I have pulled in the Questionnaire Name and Question Text columns expecting the question text rows to correspond to the questionnaire they belong to, however the results show each questionnaire name row pulling back every single interview feedback question we have in our solution, regardless of whether they are part of that questionnaire. It also doesnt allow filtering by questionnaire name which we really need for this report.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue?
