How to print learning certificate?

Summary:

Based on Oracle fusion learning management there is an option to add & customize learning certificate using template, and then make default. But our issue is we are not able to get where the Print Certificate is found in order learner get the cerficate from the self service. I have made Print Certificate visible on Experience studio (Learning View Enrollment Summary) but not shown.

Please any help can be appreciated!
