Contract to text search returns error - too many matches were found to return the rows.(OKC-196687)

Summary:

Even if a search is refined to be more specific, in contract to text search area we are always getting the error "Too many matches were found to return the rows. You must change the search criteria to return fewer results (OKC-196687). Does anyone know how to fix this?
