Rehiring an employee

We find that we are rehiring employees on many occasions. Sometimes the folks are seasonal employees and sometimes they are employees who termed and are rehired months later in a new position. Oftentimes we experience issues with the rehire and would like to assess if our term/rehire process is accurate. We use ORC for recruiting but can enter the rehire directly in HCM too.
