add ability to connect to mail server to read email and trigger OIC integration

Need ability to send email o designated address that OIC can monitor and if pattern of emails meet requirement then trigger OIC integration

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Some complex jobs are currently scheduled OIC integrations, but here and there especially during month end we need to run these OIC integrations on demand.

Current solution is to engage OIC poeple that have access to OIC and can submit integration manually. Would be great customer service to enable job trigger by simple email
