UK Statutory Sick plan entitlement is 0 even after setting disable earnings check to Y

Summary:

Hi,

On logging Sickness which is linked to Statutory Sick Plan we did selected disable earnings check as 'Y'

The absence record got submitted fine. However when checked plan usage, payment percentage was set to 0. It seems disable earnings check flag was ignored by the application. Also checked action items and noticed there is no certification to explain setting payment percentage to 0.

Here I'm expecting statutory entitlement to be allocated to the employee for the days/weeks the employee is entitled to. This appears to be new 21D feature where system automatically creates sickness case and voiding of certification is required from case rather than absence.

Howdy, Stranger!
