Teams - Claiming Overlap

Summary: If User A has a rec Open and User B Claims the Rec while User A still has it open, User A can still edit and submit the rec. However, if User A has a rec Open, User B Claims the Rec, and User A closes the rec, when User A opens the rec, they can no longer edit and submit the rec.

Is there an enhancement on the roadmap 1) to stop User A from being able to continue to enter transactions immediately after User B has claimed it or 2) to stop User B from claiming it while User A still has it open?
