Payroll Balance Report

Hi

We need to fetch employee details whose Gross YTD is >0 irrespective of employee status. Here some question regarding this reports for which I request clarification. Please help me on this.

1) if employee is terminated in Jan Month, then during the March payroll terminated employee will not come I believe , so in this case how terminated employee details can be pulled please?

2) Do we need to consider all payroll processed from 1st Jan to report run date ? or we need to consider only the latest payroll process date from PAY_PAYROLL_ACTIONS table and get employees who are processed in the latest payroll ? if so we may not get the terminated emp details right ?
