What is the frequency of SOC 1 reports issued by Oracle for their Gen 2 EPM Cloud environments?

Summary:

We are an existing PBCS customer and are in the process of moving from HFM to FCCS. One of our project workstreams is Audit and Compliance and I need to understand the cadence of SOC 1s issued for EPM Cloud Gen 2 environments.

In looking at the SOC 1 documents available to me, it says that they are issued quarterly, but the dates on the documents available do not match that cadence. Our fiscal year is Oct to Sep, so having quarterly SOC 1s is huge to us. Ideally we would only need bridge letters to cover no more than three months.
