Share Data Access - Potential long term data break if not manually revoked?
Summary:
Is anyone using the Share Data Access quick action/feature as a method of sharing an employee's data access to another person? As these are non-expiring and need a manual step to revoke the access, I'm wondering if we are building up a future issue data breach issue here?
Content (required):
Example scenario:
- Line Manager A shares data access with to-be Line Manager B
- Line Manager B completes a promotion for the employee and changes the line manager to themselves
- At this point Line Manager A no longer has access and only Line Manager B
- Line Manager B changes reporting line for the employee to Line Manager C
