Table name for retrieving representative information assigned to an employee based on AOR

Summary:

I need to write a BI publisher report where I need to fetch the representatives assigned to an employee based on AOR as shown in the screenshot below .Here we can see the list of representatives for an employee on the public info page.

Can someone provide me the name of the table where I can retrieve this information.
