Smart tips disappeared after 22A upgrade

Summary:

I am keen to know if there can be easy way to add smart tips back. We had around 20 Smart tips under Workforce structure. Release 22A automatically changed it to Responsive UI, and we had to revert the settings back to Classic UI. All tips were gone after the upgrade and I am wondering if I can easily add them back. Thank you.
