Equipment Reference Unit(ERU) based Planning Fails in OTM Cloud 22A

Summary:

Hello All,

I am trying to run a simple ERU based scenario in 22A, and facing a shipment planning failure during Bulk Plan.

Setup Done:

Parameter: CHECK EQUIPMENT CAPACITY IN REFERENCE UNITS - TRUE

ERU Created: Space

1 Space = 1 Ship Units(Pallet)

53 FT Trailer can hold 33 spaces

This configuration is defined at Ship Unit Spec and Equipment Group Level.

Version: Oracle Cloud 22A

Issue:

  1. Planning fails when using Parameter copied from DEFAULT with only change as CHECK EQUIPMENT CAPACITY IN REFERENCE UNITS to TRUE. Failure reason in Diagnostics as Rate Service issue. Note Dates left blank in this hypothetical case.
