Get Last successful run date and time for scheduled orchestrations

We need to get the last successful run date of a scheduled orchestration so that we can pull the data from Oracle SAAS accordingly. Followed this blog but it didnot work:-

The startTime I am getting here is that of the current instance not the previous one? Anything I am doing wrong?
