Within the last few weeks, we have started getting the following error when importing Articulate RISE content into OLC. The only way to work around it is to unzip then rezip the file package, and import into OLC again and it will work.
Articulate support told me the issue is Oracle (since they can import the original zip into SCORM Cloud without issue). Oracle is saying that if the unzip/rezip method works, just do that.
Is anyone else having this issue?
