hi want ask about my account home register in ( Singapore or Tokyo ) ? here the details summaries;

Summary 1 : when i want to create instance say error like this : > No shapes are available.> There was a problem selecting a build for Oracle Linux 8. The image might not be compatible with the shape you selected.Where want to create free instance use ARM/AMD Processor (content image include )

Summary 2 : cause before this i was register in Singapore/Malaysia as home country. But when i see at Oracle Cloud Classic Console > at My Admin Accounts tab the Compute (OCI) Users say link at Tokyo - *(where i was used free tier account) available
