Is it possible to provide absence balance (e.g. 30 days) after every 18 months in absence management

Summary: Is it possible to provide absence balance (e.g. 30 days) after every 18 months (e.g if 30 days provided on 1 Jan 2020, then those would get expire on 30 Jun 2021. New balance of 30 days should be provided on 1 Jul 2021 that should get expire after 18 months on 31 Dec 2022 and then new set of 30 days provided on 1 Jan 2023 and so on).
