Positions Filled in less than # days

Summary: Need to track positions filled that took less than/more than 60 days to fill.

Content (required): I need to find a way to not only track the # of positions filled but also how many of these positions took less than 60 days to fill as well as those that took more than 60 days to fill. I have the total # of positions filled but am stumped on how to separate this total into two buckets of less than/more than 60 days.
