On 19th March 2022 the following were applied to the PROD instance belonging to a customer I help support:

  • Fusion Applications Update 22A and the March Maintenance Pack
  • 04-March-22 Weekly Maintenance Pack for Fusion Applications Update 22A
  • 04-March-22 Weekly Maintenance Pack for Fusion Middleware
  • A fix to resolve 22A FR report issues
  • Fixes to improve the performance and stability of your environment(s)

Since then, this has been found to be an issue:

Receivables > Billing > Tasks > Manage Transactions

Two issues:

  1. All of the main navigation icons in the top-right have disappeared (Home, Favorites, Watchlist, Notifications), leaving only the top-right icon showing the user's initials.
