Period End Accrual for Centralized Procurement

Summary:

We have the following scenario of Centralized Procurement for Indirect (Expense) items:

1) Requisitioning BU = UK

2) Procurement BU = US

So for a requisition created in UK BU, the Purchase Order is created in the US BU. Receiving is done in UK location.

Can we set Accrual Method to Period End with this kind of Centralized Procurement model?

The question is specifically because in EBS, there seems to be a restriction that Centralized Procurement does not allow Accrual Method to be set at Period End (Doc ID 1158423.1)
