How to change Primary Contact name to display Preferred First Name and Last Name
Summary: Hello,
I am wondering how to change the primary contact first name in the HR Help Desk Request Ticket Detail section to the users Preferred Name. Currently it is set to display Legal First Name and Legal Last Name. Below you will see a picture of the field we would like to change. Looking around Visual Builder, nothing jumps out at me that would be able to change the name layout of the Primary Contact.
