List of Delivered Field Labels

Seeking a list of standard field labels including work area used.

Content (required):

We would like to update the User Interface Text to change the term "Start Date" to read "Effective Date" as the term Start Date is confusing where used. Unfortunately the search text doesn't show you where the term is used so while this may help us it may impact other areas of the application.

Page level edits (overrides) are not suitable as we use multiple languages.

Prior to actioning this change we would like to assess the scope of this swap withouh having to flip through all screen (current and proposed) to assess impact.
