How to restrict users marking specific checklist tasks as Not applicable

I wanted to know if we can restrict users marking the checklist/ journey tasks as "Not applicable" only for specific tasks and not for all.

Example: There are some agreements which we wanted the users to go through and acknowledge instead of marking it as Not applicable.
