Are DFFs Supported by Autocomplete Rule?

Content (required):
We are working with the job requisition business object for ORC Hiring, specifically focused on the create job requisition action. Our goal is to use job requisition DFFs in a conditional statement as part of field modification rule to auto-populate values in different job requisition DFFs fields (no delivered fields are used). As of now, testing has not been successful and the values in DFFs are not generated despite satisfying conditions.
We have been successful with all of our other rules, but all the other rules involved used a seeded or delivered field within the conditional script to default either other delivered fields or job requisition DFFs.
