Item EFF attribute values are not displayed

Summary:

We have SKU based changeover matrix. Defined an EFF to capture item code; deployed and collected in production scheduling.

We are able to see attribute, attach the attribute in resource parameters, changeover times, etc., but values aren't displayed in attributes tab/attribute values. I made sure to enter the EFF attribute values in the item/categories scoped for PS.

BTW the value set linked to EFF attribute is a table and fetches the item numbers from selective item list and org list defined in where clause if this helps.
